Booking your fundraiser is as easy as reaching out to schedule your single or multi-day event. I’ll take care of finding the perfect location that combines convenience and beautiful scenery, so everything is ready to go.

You’ll get everything you need to promote your event, including a custom event page on my website, personalized digital flyers, and social media links—all complimentary! Families can easily select their time slots and make donations through our seamless online booking system.

Your event will run smoothly with just one or two parent volunteers. I'll provide quick and enjoyable 10-minute sessions throughout the day, accommodating up to 32 families. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the smiles!

Two weeks after Photo Day, families will receive a link to their private online gallery to preview their portraits. They can download their included photographs and have the option to upgrade with additional prints or digital images.

And just like that, your organization keeps 90–100% of the session fees earned during the event, turning beautiful memories into meaningful impact for your cause!

I always recommend organizations plan ahead for the next season. For example, if you’re hoping for a June fundraiser, reach out to schedule over the winter. This gives you plenty of time to confidently promote your event and handle logistics, like choosing the perfect location and communicating with participants.

Organizations hosting their first fundraiser with me will earn $40 for every 10-minute portrait session booked.
As a thank-you to my loyal partners, returning organizations will earn $50 per session—that’s 100% of the session fees collected!

What area does Reed & Wren serve?

Reed & Wren proudly supports schools, youth sports and clubs, and other family focused non-profits in the Greater Philadelphia Region.  This includes Philadelphia, Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County, Bucks County, New Castle County and Wilmington De.

Each single-day event can accommodate up to 32 families, which is a great starting point for most organizations. However, larger groups or those with particularly active communities might find a second day beneficial. Many groups start with a waitlist before opening session bookings—this builds excitement and helps confirm how many days will be needed for your event.

To ensure your event’s success, you’ll need a dedicated Chair to lead promotional efforts within your community and act as a point of contact for Reed & Wren. While some groups choose to have one or two volunteers on-site to welcome families and check them in, I’ve found that in most cases, it’s not necessary—it’s that easy to manage!
